We meet at 7:30 AM every Saturday morning. The pace and distance varies since different people are training for different events. It doesn't matter whether you're fast or slow. It doesn't matter whether you want to run 4-5 miles or are training for a marathon. There's no reason to pay other training groups to give you a route and a water jug. Just join us for a scenic run. There are plenty of experienced marathoners and ultra-marathoners at most runs who will be happy to answer any of your questions.
